Boundary Rules
- Build, don't maintain. Project/build work lives here. Recurring managed contracts (hosting SLAs, monitoring, helpdesk) belong to SNS Support.
- Not physical. On-site networking, servers, cabling, security cameras belong to SNS Networking.
- IP terms matter. The parent favors client code ownership (open-standards principle) — specify who owns delivered code in every contract.
- "SNS" collision. Also = AWS Simple Notification Service — keep technical proposals/docs unambiguous.
