# Life Church — Semaphore automation
|
|
|
|
Self-contained subtree for the **Life Church** Semaphore project (project id 2),
|
|
living inside the shared `sam/semaphore` repo so it reuses one repo + one deploy key
|
|
while staying namespaced away from the SnS Hospitality Group automation.
|
|
|
|

## Semaphore wiring (project "Life Church", id 2)

- **Repository:** `git@192.168.122.103:/sam/semaphore.git` (branch `main`), deploy key `gitea_ssh`
|
|
- **Inventory:** `life-church/inventory/hosts.yml`
|
|
- **Environment:** `infisical-dev` → `INFISICAL_API_URL`, `INFISICAL_CLIENT_ID`,
|
|
`INFISICAL_CLIENT_SECRET`, `INFISICAL_PROJECT_ID`, `INFISICAL_ENV_SLUG`
|
|
- **Deploy key:** Gitea `sam/semaphore` deploy key `lifechurch-semaphore-deploy` (read-only).
|
|
Private key backed up in Infisical at `/semaphore/LIFECHURCH_DEPLOY_KEY`.
|
|
|
|
## Notes
|
|
- `ansible.cfg` and `requirements.yml` at the repo root are shared.
|
|
- Run playbooks with the repo-root config; reference them as `life-church/playbooks/<name>.yml`.
|
|
- Keep this subtree read-only/diagnostic until real Life Church hosts + playbooks are added.
|
