SnS Network Solutions — Parent / Holding Company

Entity: SnS Network Solutions Holdings LLC · Accent: Parent Cyan #10C8D8

The parent holding company — not an operating business. It owns the brand/IP and 100% of every subsidiary LLC, signs no client work, and carries no operating liability. That separation is what protects each subsidiary from the others' liability.

Subsidiaries owned:

  • 01-networking — SNS Networking LLC (active)
  • 02-digital — SNS Digital LLC (planned)
  • 03-support — SNS Support LLC (planned)

This is its working folder (master brand assets + holding-company setup).
