# SnS Hospitality Group — Codex Operating Context

Use `CONFIRMED`, `INFERRED`, and `AMBIGUOUS` where provenance matters. A polished

- Never describe projected profit as proven performance.

## Physical-design rules
|
||||
|
||||
- Plan review precedes irreversible buildout.
|
||||
- Final equipment selection requires actual model numbers and nameplate loads.
|
||||
- Track wet, dry, and loaded trailer weights plus axle, tongue, and side-to-side
|
||||
distribution. Water weighs about 8.34 lb/gal before tank hardware.
|
||||
- Preserve employee-door, restroom-door, service-window, equipment-service, and
|
||||
central-aisle clearances.
|
||||
- Keep potable, gray, black, electrical, battery, generator, HVAC, and food-safety
|
||||
boundaries explicit.
|
||||
- Prefer the smallest reliable operating system. Defer guest Wi-Fi, video calling,
|
||||
AI detection, elaborate marketing automation, and fleet orchestration until the
|
||||
prototype proves a need for them.
|
||||
- Do not simplify away health, fire, electrical, structural, accessibility, payment,
|

privacy, or food-safety controls.
