Designer brief: This is the base trailer shell we are purchasing. We need scaled 2D plan-review-ready drawings (floor plan, elevations, plumbing, electrical, equipment list, finish schedule) for St. Joseph County, Indiana health-department approval. 3 · Modifications Needed (for the designer to plan)
- Serving window: add ~3'×4' concession window on ONE long side wall (streetside, opposite the RV door) for drive-through service — with wall-post reinforcement around the cut (walls are 16" OC = reinforceable).
- Finish: walls + ceiling finished in smooth, washable FRP or aluminum (health-code cleanable surfaces); commercial-grade sealed/coved flooring.
- Layout: galley plan with a clear center aisle for 1–2 baristas; espresso station along the service-window wall, prep + sinks on the opposite wall.
