Life Church — Semaphore automation

Self-contained subtree for the Life Church Semaphore project (project id 2), living inside the shared sam/semaphore repo so it reuses one repo + one deploy key while staying namespaced away from the SnS Hospitality Group automation.

Semaphore wiring (project "Life Church", id 2)

  • Repository: git@192.168.122.103:/sam/semaphore.git (branch main), deploy key gitea_ssh
  • Inventory: life-church/inventory/hosts.yml
  • Environment: infisical-dev → INFISICAL_API_URL, INFISICAL_CLIENT_ID, INFISICAL_CLIENT_SECRET, INFISICAL_PROJECT_ID, INFISICAL_ENV_SLUG
  • Deploy key: Gitea sam/semaphore deploy key lifechurch-semaphore-deploy (read-only). Private key backed up in Infisical at /semaphore/LIFECHURCH_DEPLOY_KEY.

Notes

  • ansible.cfg and requirements.yml at the repo root are shared.
  • Run playbooks with the repo-root config; reference them as life-church/playbooks/<name>.yml.
  • Keep this subtree read-only/diagnostic until real Life Church hosts + playbooks are added.
