+
+Self-contained subtree for the **Life Church** Semaphore project (project id 2),
+living inside the shared `sam/semaphore` repo so it reuses one repo + one deploy key
+while staying namespaced away from the SnS Hospitality Group automation.

+## Semaphore wiring (project "Life Church", id 2)

+- **Inventory:** `life-church/inventory/hosts.yml`
+- **Environment:** `infisical-dev` → `INFISICAL_API_URL`, `INFISICAL_CLIENT_ID`,
+  `INFISICAL_CLIENT_SECRET`, `INFISICAL_PROJECT_ID`, `INFISICAL_ENV_SLUG`
+- **Deploy key:** Gitea `sam/semaphore` deploy key `lifechurch-semaphore-deploy` (read-only).
+  Private key backed up in Infisical at `/semaphore/LIFECHURCH_DEPLOY_KEY`.

+## Notes
+- `ansible.cfg` and `requirements.yml` at the repo root are shared.
+- Run playbooks with the repo-root config; reference them as `life-church/playbooks/<name>.yml`.
+- Keep this subtree read-only/diagnostic until real Life Church hosts + playbooks are added.
